Making A Choice

I have always been battling with what tastes good (my sweet tooth/teeth for that matter) and what is good for me. Then I realized (mother) nature has left us many ‘sweets’ to enjoy. It is our choice what we do, eat and drink. That’s why I have always loved the taste of fruit and some vegetables. But when the juicer and the vitamix came on the scene it was a no brainer. Smoothies, vegetable juices, fruit juices and a combination.
