Sorry I did not write yesterday. My baby, Liam and myself were sick yesterday. We are still trying to get over it, but we went to the doctor and made sure we weren’t contagious. Anyways, I have been kinda bad these last couple of days. Due to being sick I have eaten some food, I needed something more solid in order to keep things in my body. I have still been drinking juice if I can but some solids too. I weighed myself this morning to make sure I hadn’t done too much damage. I have not gained anything. Which I was happy about this morning. Also, I have not been able to workout the last two days. Insanity requires a lot out of me and I just don’t have the energy to do it. The doctor also recommended for me not work out so heavily while my body is trying to fight this sickness. So that’s a bummer. But we will see. I will get back on track. I know that I am so close to ending this juice fast, but oh well. I plan on continuing to juice for the most part anyways, even after day 60. So no big deal. Also, Insanity is fine to wait for a day or 2. I will get back into it soon, I don’t want to lose any muscle mass or really hate myself when I get back into it, I think the rule is any longer than 2 days away from exercise you will feel like you did the first time you ever got back into it. So with that in mind, I plan on trying to work out tonight. We will see... I am still very stuffed up. I might just go for a walk to at least do something. I have also decided that I will take baby steps for my diet. I just need so much more knowledge on becoming vegan and it is stressing me out too much, so I will start with vegetarian. That way Liam and I can share food and I won’t feel extremely upset when I eat some cheese. So, baby steps for now and I will transition with the more research I will continue to do.
