And that’s day 25 for the Jocques.
Julien isn’t getting any younger but for his young wife - he tries. He’s not very fit or handsome but at least he has a good career and now he published a book - that counts for something, right?
The guests are Violet and Julien’s friends; Mercutio Monty is among the latter group. The Montys may or may not have been responsible for both of the Jocques business ventures failing... but Julien still hopes to open a restaurant of his own at some point, so he became smarter and made friends.
