Spouse: Lucy Burb
Spares: Cassandra and Louise
Not a very eventful generation (it lasted like a week total) and not a ton to say here, but it really gets going from the next gen onwards…
HEYHEYHEY!!! BEFORE I SLEEP:
2 MAX, 11 NYON, 13 ALEX & 31 SHAY🌈
BELOVED MOOTIE, COMING IN HOT WITH THE ENTIRE HOOLIGANG‼️😈🌈🙂↕️ omg you picked such JUICY questions for them!!👀
[Come leave an ask!]
2. When someone says "this is [character name] coded," what comes to your mind? Bruised knuckles. Unspooled cassettes. Vinyl records. Cigarettes. Guitar picks. Video games. Photos of people flipping off the camera. Leather jackets. Freckles. Piercing eyes. Playing with a zippo lighter.
11. One word they'd use to describe themselves, one you'd use to describe them and lastly a word that their closest/loved one would use to describe them? "Weird." he would say, even though the word Dangerous sits on his tongue like hot coals. That might make him sound edgy, when he seriously means it. "Gentle." is what I say, because at his very core, Nyon is a gentle, caring and loving boy. Always has been, always will be. "Nervous." the rest of their group would say, because he is – both nervous and Nervous. He is their friend Nervous, who tries his best and is so much braver than he gives himself credit for.
13. Is there a moral line they would never cross? You know, even as a teen, he vehemently denies drastic measures, when presented with them in theory. But when confronted with the options right in the moment, he would consider them. He knows, technically, he could cross certain lines – just because he could. He could and probably would, if he considers the possible consequences adequate enough to deal with. He is aware that it makes him ruthless – his goals are important to him, to a point where it's almost obsessive, causing him consider to do whatever it takes to succeed. As he grows into a young adult, he certainly stops pretending to be above it all. In a way, he relies on his friends to function as his moral compass at times, because to him, anything goes if the benefits outweigh the negatives.
31. How easily do they forgive themselves after making a mistake and how easily do they forgive others? Depends on the severity of the mistake and her closeness to the particular situation. There was however one instance that she found it hard to forgive herself, mostly because those hurt in the process were precious to her. Towards others, she is much more merciful, but don't be too relieved when she does forgive. Because forgiving is one thing, but forgetting? She will not.
Hiii for the ask game, I'd like to know about Shay + another OC of ur choice. 14, 35, and 57 <3
henloooo, thank you for the ask bc those are some INCREDIBLE questions when it comes to Shay ehehe‼️👀⭐️ for the second OC i picked my other silly little guy Alex– YES HE'S MY OC NOW!!!
[Come leave an ask!]
14. What could be considered as their worst moment? Hard to say with Shay! She's someone who doesn't have a lot (or any) regrets, and thinks a lot of her actions are justified in some ways. Not to say she thinks she's always right, it's more like, she'll accept any consequences, as long as she's sure she's tried her best. And with her generally even temper, Shay isn't really someone who has many "worst moments". However, she does have two instances, that she might perceive as her worst moments, and both have the same roots – Shay lies.
35. Do they consider themselves lucky or privileged? Shay considers herself privileged. A lot of people tend to lean towards the former, some more ill-intended ones telling her how lucky she was to come into the care of the church, how lucky she was to receive proper education and a roof over her head. Shay doesn't consider this lucky, and instead sees it as a privilege to be in a position to have this many opportunities as a young orphan. Which is kinda fucked up in hindsight, the fact that she knows how hard life could be as a kid with nothing to their name. But Shay's known to have a particular view on life.
57. How likely are they to intervene if they witness something illegal or immoral? If they choose to get involved what method do they typically use? Does their eagerness to correct the situation and their approach vary depending on the perpetrator's status, closeness or strength? Let it be known that this 5'4ft Church Girl is notorious at her school for being every bully's worst nightmare. Out of all in their little group, Shay's the most steadfast in her values and morals. She is kind to a fault, but won't take anyone's shit, to the point the boys have to keep an eye on her so she won't start things, that could get complicated. And even then, she'll make her disapproval known. Despite her appearance and church upbringing, Shay is a One Warning Then It's Hands On kind of girl – you won't listen? Fine, feel it then. It's very surprising how violent she's willing to get, in order to rectify a wrong or protect someone. That said, her reactions do depend on the person she's confronted with, but those are usually just a delay to the eventual shared end-result. Her closeness to the person would sway her actions. Status won't do much, because she doesn't particularly believe in fancy titles. Strength will matter even less, because honestly? She'd rather take a loss, than remember inaction.
14. What could be considered as their worst moment? Alex is a huge sweetheart, but he unfortunately has a very, very ugly temper. A lot of choices he regrets have been made in a fit of anger, since it's an emotion he doesn't like to deal with, until he inevitably explodes. One of his worst moments was definitely the time he was arguing with his sister and father, until he blurts out the accusation that the two of them obviously don't love his mother as much as he does. It's a sore topic. But his absolute worst moment? There had been...an incident. And he believed he's lost it all, so. What else was there to lose? That day, he reached for a darkness he never knew he was capable of.
35. Do they consider themselves lucky or privileged? Definitely privileged. He's not oblivious to his family's wealth, after all, he directly benefits from it since childhood, and does make use of some useful connections at times. His vast knowledge comes from books he's accumulated over the years, including private tutors and meeting accomplished people through his father's work. He's very aware that all those couldn't have been possible without a significant amount of financial access.
57. How likely are they to intervene if they witness something illegal or immoral? If they choose to get involved what method do they typically use? Does their eagerness to correct the situation and their approach vary depending on the perpetrator's status, closeness or strength? Honestly, everything really depends. At the very forefront, Alex is not a physical fighter at all, if anything, he'd be more likely to lose a battle with gravity by himself. Sometimes, he remembers that – other times, he doesn't and immediately reaps the consequences. But he's more likely to speak up, especially when pointing out hypocrites (ironic, considering he regularly breaks into private property). And yes, he's very much of a fan of correcting people when they're wrong, and unfortunately you cannot stop him from doing so. Doesn't matter who you are, he will go Well, actually– and immediately get himself in trouble. However, people should not underestimate his willpower too much; if it's about something or someone important to him, he will hold steadfast. This boy can be stubborn.
