…[I]n Angelique Trois, there were early plans for dates on your days off in casual apparel, to change characters' clothes and hairstyle between work mode and "day off" mode - ideas like that. However, this was pretty tough to implement as a game process, so it ended up being scrapped. In Trois, Julious's hair is smoothed back so it doesn't interfere with his work—that was to create a clearer difference between his "business" and "casual" modes. I later drew his [unused] casual hairstyle for a LoveLove Tsuushin cover [Vol. 25].

In the Angelique 20th Anniversary artbook, Kairi Yura at long last explains one of the franchise's greatest mysteries: how Trois could take away Julious's mane. The travesty.

In the novel Angelique Ibun (illustrations by Jinko Souma), Kurabishi Mukanshinnosuke wields the power of the Shizunoyami Ryuuansokuken (Sword of the Silent Darkness and Flowing Repose), butts heads with Juuriasu Tarou the town cop and yakuza ne'er-do-well Osuga, and fights Darth Vader.  

After I translated the Maren novel, a kind person on the LiveJournal community offered to scan this novel for me to translate, but I demurred. I may have been remiss in my judgment.
