Mikey makes all the jumps look small, even 3′3″!

For the word thing: defenestrate for Talbert or Luz and/or quaquaversal for my girl Billie because obviously I love her.

[send me a word and a character/universe and I’ll write a short drabble!]

Much as I love the possibilities suggested by having Talbert or Luz throw anything through a window (Bar fight? I’m thinking bar fight.) I like the second word too much to skip it.

quaquaversal (adj.) - moving or happening in every direction instantaneously

Billie hugged her arms around her reserve chute and glanced around the rest of the plane, at Julie, who looked like she was holding her breakfast in through sheer force of will, and Molly, who had squared her jaw but perhaps did not quite believe it yet, and Eileen, whose eyes were locked hard out the little tiny windows of the plane. Even Joan, sitting right next to Billie, looked a little terrified, but she'd volunteered to go first - "so you all can shove me out if I don't go."  They'd had a laugh about that - "As if you'd be scared of anything!" - but it was Billie who'd have to do it if the other woman lost her nerve, and the prospect seemed a little grim. If Joan couldn’t jump...

The light came on, and they were standing, the floor of the plane rumbling beneath them as the jump master cued them to hook up, and check equipment, each one tapping the shoulder of the person in front of them, twelve okay, eleven okay, ten okay, down the whole long line, until Billie was tapping Joan's shoulder, "TWO OKAY" and they were waiting for the green light, and Joan was gone, and suddenly she, Billie, was standing at the door.

She was being pulled in all directions at once, the air was rushing by her face and she did not even think she heard the jumpmaster yell GO, but the door was no longer there and she was free, free as a bird (one-onethousand) the air rushing and cold, her heart no longer pounding (two-onethousand) the sky had never been this shade of blue nor the clouds this close (three-onethousand) and really wasn't this the most blessed, beautifully perfect day?

She pulled for her chute, feeling the straps tug her chest and legs as the canopy opened, and she was a bird, a leaf, a bit of dandelion fluff blown into the wind, lingering in the air until gravity brought her back down to earth with pencil-straight legs and a soft thump.

And all Billie wanted, more than she'd ever wanted anything else in her life, was get right back into that airplane and do it again.

La shueisha organise une école en août 2020 pour apprendre à produire un #manga avec des rédacteurs en chefs et auteurs (dont Osamu "Kochikame" Akimoto), au programme, notion de base et structure d'une série. Plus d'infos sur le blog.

La Shueisha organise des cours de production de manga à compter du mois d’août. les auteurs et les éditeurs de chaque magazine (Weekly Shonen Jump, Jump Square, Shonen Jump +) vont donner des conférences.

Différents auteurs édités dans ces magazines vont être maître de conférence : Osamu Akimoto , Riichiro Inagaki , Yusei Matsui , Yuji Kaku , LINK, Yoshiaki Sukeno.
