I've fallen... . . . After weeks of being back in the gym and loving my body, I've fallen. This week I've seen first hand how important nutrition and hydration are, and let me tell you loss of either causes loss of the other. It makes you feel sluggish. It's made me feel sick. It's messed with my focus, my productivity and my sleep. And once you've fallen, it's so hard to get back up....just like that old LifeAlert commercial. That's me. So here I am....looking at my metabolic conditioning for today and wanting to just start the whole week over. My husband says let's pick up like we didn't miss anything, which is the right thing to do. But it's hard. You shouldn't punish yourself by any means, I know. But I'm angry at myself for letting go.
