Day 23
So I just finished my 2nd 1/2 hour of my work out, I decided to concentrate on strength because I have been neglecting it completely lately. I did 20 squats, 20 jumping squats and 20 sumo squats, 10 downwards dog into plank, a plank I held for 37 seconds, and side planks each for 30 seconds, I then did 20 lower ab leg raises (from 90 degree angle to an inch above the ground and back), then 20 horizontal scissors. It was really fun I'm glad I did it :)
