Junhee could remember everything.
From the way you scrunched up your nose in thought and how you have a pair of red socks with a hole on them, it was all in his mind.
He could remember your smile that met your eyes and every whenever it didn't.
Byeongkwan on the other hand could not remember for the life of him where he put his pen--
Nor his breakfast today--
Nor what Mr. Moon discussed.
It was sort of clinical... probably... he doesn't remember...
He needs a lot of cues to jog his mind.
You can jog his mind though, it's not like he has dementia.
He can't really remember faces.
But when he does, it means he's known them for long.
Which is why his best friend Junhee reminds him what they discussed in science--
And why he has that cast on his arm.
And just how much Byeongkwan likes you.
Because he does.
Byeongkwan keeps wriggling around when he sees you.
He blushes and slaps Junhee's back and goes, "Yooo man, she's so cute."
But he keeps resetting every time he sees you.
So Junhee, like the good friend he is, reminds him why he likes you every time.
How Byeongkwan pouts when you sneeze, 'cause it's adorable...
How Byeongkwan laughs at your dad jokes, 'cause he too says them...
How Byeongkwan noticed that you bite your lip when you're nervous...
How you tie your laces without looking...
How you doodle your teachers...
How you smile at birds...
Your big, grey sweater...
Your leather watch...
Your glimmering eyes...

Y-y-yeah, Junhee reminds Byeongkwan every time.
But the thing is Byeongkwan notices how Junhee talks about you.
He thinks it's precious how his demeanor changes when you're the topic.
So Byeongkwan being the cheesy friend he is, pokes Junhee and teases him about it.
Junhee is appaled and denies the accusation.
"You. You like her, Byeongkwan!"
Byeongkwan hearts skips a beat when you wave at him.
"Well, if I like her as much as you say I do," Byeongkwan turns to Junhee and smiles, "you should go for it, because you know her better."
