Heeeeyyyyy!! We’re back, just in time for Junior Con East here in Pittsburgh! Here’s Teflon Donna going over buddy blocking with one group.

JuniorCon was fun, I loved seeing my friends again and working with the amazing coaches. I was with the advanced/Team USA group which was nice, I think I would have been bored in the other groups. Mercy from Philly remembered me which was cool, I loved seeing her again. At one point we had free time on the track and me and my teammates got to hang out and block Tj from the Mens Team USA, Mercy from Philly, and Gnarly from Detroit. I picked up some new footwork skills that I can't wait to work on. Now that JuniorCon is over all my focus is on Regionals 😏

JuniorCon is next weekend!

I'm so excited. I'm excited to see my derby friends who I haven't seen all season, I'm excited to learn things from the amazing coaches that will be there, and I'm excited to have a weekend of no-stress derby!

who all is attending JuniorCon East?

I had a shit day with a shit practice but at least my mom bought my JuniorCon ticket when we got home :)

My mom said she's going to try and budget so I can go to JuniorCon this year since this will be the last year I'd be able to attend. I dunno if it'd be in Indiana next year and if not then it'd be too expensive for me to go ( heck it's too expensive now ) and I age out next year. I really hope she can find a way to let me go but with me going to Seattle for Champs in July and her going to Ireland at the same time is going to be expensive and we're trying to save up for it..

JuniorCon West (Fresno, CA) will be May 16 - 17 (100 skater capacity), and JuniorCon East (Fort Wayne, IN) will be May 23 - 24 (200 skater capacity)!
