Pilates for soul and nerves. That was the best spent hour today. 🧘🏻♀️👍 These past weeks and months have not been easy at work and it is slowly getting to me. Additional bonus this week was my husband’s 2-day work trip which always creates some extra hassle in days with 3 and 6 year olds. 👧🏼🧒🏼🤦🏻♀️ On a positive note, kids have been pretty healthy lately. 🤞 Autumn has always been a difficult time for me to train 🏃🏻♀️systematically and this one is no different. 🍁🍂 Past two weeks I was supposed to have two harder training weeks 🏃🏻♀️💪🏻 but due to the situation, badly slept nights and self-examination, weeks are turning into easy ones.
