Pitch Perfect fandom what happened why is AK trending
I'm still a ‘buddie’, but the way 9-1-1 tricks fandom into hyping the ‘jealous Eddie’ arc is kinda hilarious, trapping not only buddies but anti-buddies too. Like – we were wrong the first time. Most likely, it'll be just the same.
Eddie Mercury needs personal growth, and it might be hard for him to do it ‘without’ his best friend of 6 years.
Just for the record: 'm rooting for Buck and Tommy ♡

Congressman Chambers goes on national television outside the Capitol and runs his mouth about federal funding, about White House staffers being jumped up liberals who take drugs and when Leann and Chris dribble into his office, there's really only one question in mind: "Nobody saw this coming?"
Leann plays backstop, "Phil...", right as Chris bites off, "Yeah, Phil. I can't believe my psychic didn't tell me. Rest assured, I'm gonna get my twenty bucks back. What's the short term, long term."
Phil, annoyed just as much as anybody else, frowns with his hands on his hips, "Short term? Nothing." His answer doesn't seem to satisfy Chris.
"I can't run with nothing. I can't act like we didn't see it."
Phil makes a face like Chris is just making it up as he goes along anyway. "Categorically deny and move on."
"I can't deny anything, Phil, which you know, because thirteen hundred people work in the White House. I go to the Press Room and categorically deny that anyone uses drugs, and it turns out that three guys in the photo lab blew a joint over the weekend, which is not, like, out of the realm of possibility. And my next question is..."
Leann jumps in on this, "But you categorically denied it, now you admit there are three."
Chris barters back, "Yes. Well, I categorically deny that there are any more than three."
Leann, "But now it seems that the assistant to the deputy director of White House beverages is confessing to a life of a closet junkie."
"Yes, and I understand she's selling her story to Random House for a middle six-figure advance." Chris looks over at Phil then, droll and annoyed, frustrated. "Can I say we're looking into it and then not look into it?"
"We're looking into it, Chris. And when we look into it, we're briefing the President. I can't order blanket drug testing - I won't but we're gonna get questions and it's gonna be a fucking shit show."
