not to act like a self-flagellating american or anything but i'll be completely honest i lowkey feel gross cheering for team usa. fucking hate how everything about them has been tainted and villainized. i'd love to cheer for my country again without feeling like i'm endorsing fascism by doing so.

god i'm sorry but i can't even watch videos about arcane s1 without getting irritated that its writers refuse to acknowledge that they wrote gay people, and season 2 just decided to push its main black protagonist to the sidelines. like maybe counselor mel counts but i feel like that was ONLY done for the sake of making it connect to league of legends or whatever and just. ughhh
