We can debate on the morality of trolling the troll, but I want to encourage you to block that person .

They're not going to leave the community alone until they stop getting what they want. So starve them of attention.

I understand its really tempting to get upset and try to "own" them,

But this is fucking tumblr. Alterhumans have been on this site for over a decade. (Even if the community label, alterhuman, is newer) We are a large part of the userbase here.

We don't need to prove ourselves to people like that. You aren't helping the community by feeding the troll (I am not immune to ragebait. Before it clicked they were a troll I was going to argue with them). You're just keeping them around longer.

On the one hand, I think posting positive content about any new cards is hurtful to the boycott and I advise against it, as I worry it will encourage others to pull and spend. For example, I love Caleb, but I shat all over that card because it was trash and I refuse to support Infold's bullshit. If me making fun of it helped people to not pull, W.

However, I'm not insane so I don't harass people about it. I just assume they're not part of the boycott, block, and make my own blog posts advocating people don't do that + make fun of said cards. Same with people who talk about pulling, just gotta block and move on. It's really that easy y'all.

Now if someone is being crazy toxic that's different, but simply posting about a myth or whatever isn't worth personally attacking people. It just makes whichever side you're on look bad.

Guys, look out for scammers, they've been very active recently. Don't engage the conversation, if you suspect someone might be a scammer, just block them. Don't click on any links they might send you. Don't fall for the 'false report' scams even if they send you a 'proof screenshot'. There's nothing you can do if someone really reported your account by accident anyway. If you did nothing wrong you won't get blocked. Be careful and don't panic, take a deep breath and hit that block button.
