I'm thinking about Skywarp and Thundercracker again....
Look I don't know exactly what angsty events you have planned, or the order of events, but I imagine at some point Skywarp and Thundercracker will be sent away so Starscream can rest. Or something.
So they go back to their quarters.
And it just feels wrong. It smells like sickness. There are smears of dried energon everywhere from injuries Star didn't treat. There are stray energon droplets from when he couldn't make it to the washroom before he purged. The room is too cold and too dark. Starscream's misery is present but Starscream is not.
And it's terrifying.

I still have no plans to include a trine POV in the story but with the ideas you’re pumping out YOU’RE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB HERE HEELLOOOOOOO
This is ABSOLUTELY canon behehe there’s definitely going to be a lot of stuff that I don’t explicitly state and some periods of time that we don’t see— and you are entirely correct in gleaning that at some point the trine are gonna be kicked out of the medibay (if only because Megatron forces them to get back to work) and they 100% would return to find the quarters in a decent state of disarray (mostly from the stuff you mentioned— the last time Starscream was in there was the days he spent suffering before the raid, and Knockout probably didn’t bother repairing half his scratches from his crash into the sand during training lol).
If you,, ever feel so inclined to fill in any of the trine POV gaps that are left in the story again,,,, Curly your word is as good as canon at this point BEHEHEHE
aaaaaa I really can't help but be upset for what this means for mape. he's really had. the worst season. no decent wins. no half decent wins even. everything has sucked and now he doesnt even have a flame to kill and zam just got nepoed up to 20. like its good for zam but :<
