My response when I heard that Disney Plus will be releasing a show continuing (and concluding) ‘The Santa Clause’ storyline?

And that’s for various reasons: No Bernard (he wasn’t in the third movie either), Buddy Claus is apparently ‘Cal’ now, and a few of the actors who played Legendary Figures have passed away. To explain that, they would have to recast, quietly slip in their replacements if the jobs changed hands, or, worst of all, actually have the characters be past tense.

No, no, no.

Seriously, though, I probably will watch it because I’m morbidly curious. But I fully expect to hate it.
