Time to do that #mondaymorning #working thing. Had a bad weekend put on about 5lbs/2.5kgs this weekend, #justbeinglazy I guess,however woke up with almost a 1/2lbs lost. Never the less #todayisanewday and #igotthis I'm going to knock back on track today. Still aiming for my goal of 250lbs/114kgs by April I've still come a long way since I started this and I'm proud of it. I know I'll have good and bad days,just #shakeitoff and on to today.
