My therapist be like
Therapist: You seem different today. Like you're a defensive 16 year old. Me: *Rolling eyes. Maybe I am in my puberty. Look in mirror at home. Not 16 at all. More close to twice that age.

New little start, new little table
Just Dissociative Every Day Things
Feeling like your head just exploded: not knowing who you are, where you are and why. When you look around you see that you are at a rail station.
Finding a note in your bag with unfamiliar handwriting telling you that you are on the road to see your psychologist and that there are four bottles of water in your bag.
That’s what made it so damn heavy. Wondering who put this note in your pocket.
Not wanting to end as an broken compass. Yoyo forever.
Just Dissociative Every Day Things
Getting calm when everyone is stressed.
Getting stressed when everyone is calm.
Thinking that glass at the table in front of you is someone else’s.
Can’t recognize your own phone, keys, laptop and other stuff that belongs to you.
Overly attached to objects. Always putting objects at their right place or can’t stand objects that are two weeks at the same place. Need to move them to stay calm.
Almost never have the feeling that you own anything.
Not wanting to end as an empty Google search. Yoyo stamina forever.
Just Dissociative Every Day Things
Dissolving in a world no one seems to notice.
Sliding away not knowing when you feel like yourself again.
Being used to not know what you don’t know.
Experiencing amnesia more often than you need to go to the toilet.
Not wanting to end as an toilet roll without paper.
Yoyo luck forever.
