A vocaloid based not only on one of my favorite artists, but specifically on the voice effect he uses on my favorite album?!?!?!? and add in the fact that Porter is a known vocaloid fan and--even if you don't agree w/ me on considering him a vocaloid producer im sure we can all agree--he's made some BANGERS with Avanna. Yeah I love this funny voice synth a lot !!!!

I know he might not be everyone's cup of tea but I'm saying this with my full chest: underrated vocaloid. It's an absolute crime that he lost the spotlight so soon after his release. I need everyone to listen to EmberFertis' po-uta originals NOW

Miki Miki my beloved SF-A2 Miki!!!!!

First of all, her voice. She's got a very cute feminine voice that's popular w/ vocaloids/voice synths but it has this like? nice rasp to it if tuned a certain way? And she might not have a lot of VBs but what I love about what she does have is kinda a best of both worlds situation? Like her V2 has that classic vocaloid chunky-ness to it while her V4 typically sounds smoother (by vocaloid standards at least lol). and soooooon we'll have a shiny new SynthV vb >:3

Her design is perfecto too imo!! I love love love when voice synth designs either incorporate/mimic actual instruments or just. look like tech/cybernetic themselves!! It's also so fun for me to experiment w/ her color palette. Like she already has a really good one imo but it's like........back in the early days of vocaloid yknow how artists played around w/ miku's hair color a lot more, like there were so many arguments on whether or not miku's hair was blue or green or whatever and people just went crazy drawing it however they wanted? thats Miki to me. She's Cherry pink and red and orange and pastel pink and bubblegum pink and and and

I also have a lot of nostalgia associated with her. 2009 (her release year) was when I really started getting into vocaloid. Familiarizing myself with the music, the producers, the VBs...aAnd Miki always stood out to me. I always came back to songs featuring her, songs people used her to cover, fanart of her, etc. She's been living in my head rent free for ages lmao. And in a lot of ways she represents that era for me. And not like in a "i miss the old days" kind of way but like a quiet comfort!
