K, Bolt deserves our love
Bolt is singlehandedly upholding the Flash legacy of being moral and empathetic and I have no choice but to love her.
(also, digging the speedforce glowy eyes)
She has a bomb in her head. A bomb in her head. And yet she still defies orders because she doesn't want Batman to kill someone.
(Peep that yellow ring? Hold on to that Bolt)
Poor Bolt has to watch Waller explode a teammate in front of her. She's literally fighting for her life.

They present it as if everyone on this team is a criminal except Conner but you know what? Bolt's the only one on this team that I respect, she's the only one who actually has a moral compass and empathy.
She's truly deserving of the title Flash and the Flash Family would be proud to see her continue on their legacy.
