1. yes they had dinner together, and he was seen at her concert with his daughter as well.

2. so far everything is just speculation and tabloid rumors. (ms. telford seemed to be mocking the news though.)

3. so many sources are saying different things (even contradicting ones), so for now i think we should just wait and see how it turns out (hopefully in the near future).

4. i'll still be updating about justin on this blog if there are any news/photos of him in this period, but i don't promise to keep up with it in the scenario where he confirms anything serious with katy (i don't think he will, but still).
