The Lucky One: Justin Tajon

So I've been doing these photoshoots recently featuring bloggers from Tumblr. This post features Justin Tajon who I've known for more or less 2 years. We first became close because of Pakyepamilya then now, JaywalkersPh. 

Justin is such a good friend and the tallest 14-year old I know. A bit mature for his age but I think it's a good thing since he already know what is right and wrong.

Day 22: how you judge intelligence

There's the intelligence in the academia, and then there's the intelligence you need in life. Intelligence varies from person to person and I don't think it's a basis for judgement unless you're a businessman screening out job applicants.

Day 21: everything you wish for in a significant other

Search Erika Rabara. Ha ha. I want someone who I can take wacky photos with on Photobooth, to eat ice cream on a hot summer day, to walk at night and look and the stars, and all those other cliche romantic stuff. The best relationship is when you can be lovers and best friends at the same time. To have a balance of playful and serious moments. To have that specific stare that you can give each other that makes the two of you smile. A relationship where you can completely be yourself and that one person will love you for who you are, to infinity and beyond.

Day 20: what you think makes someone beautiful

How they bring themselves, regardless of what people think about them. It's how they would smile in the middle of a bad day and let go of their insecurities. To be free of inhibitions. When they smile, the world smiles with them. Happiness is what makes someone beautiful. :)

Day 19: your thoughts on your family

No matter how many times they can drive me up the wall, they are my family after all. They have stuck with me through thick and thin and has supported me all my life. They give me the sense of belonging and security. They are the ones I love the most.

Day 18: why you made your blog, why you still have it

I opened up an account here on Tumblr cause I was bored. No kidding. Facebook was nothing more than a social site and Friendster lost its charm. I made an account and started posting videos and photos and following typography blogs. Reblog-blog of sorts. Why I still have it? People here gave me the reason to stay and that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna stay. And I guess this is the place where I learn the most. 

Day 17: your idol and why you look up to them

My parents. It must have been quite a challenge to raise 3 rowdy sons and now that I see my brothers and I in a new perspective, I have to say my parents did a great job; all of us get good grades and has our own strengths in terms of academics, sports, and the arts. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful childhood and for supporting us in all our endeavors. What can I say? I love my family.

Day 16: someone you trust

Does it have to be someone from Tumblr? If from Tumblr, it's gotta be Justin Tajon. He knows a lot (and I really mean a LOT) about me and I pretty much trust him cause he's a bro. *brofist Loveyou bro! =))
