This Volvo XC90 (70K km) came to us for a steering rack replacement. We see a lot of premature engine mount failures in Volvos, including steering racks. Whether it’s due to our bad roads or the vehicle's poor build quality, these racks develop an internal play and make annoying noises while driving on rough surfaces.
