Recording Session

Marko had finished all of his parts for the song that the Poets were currently working on for the day, and he had managed to finish a little earlier, so he was now sitting back and listening to Olli and Jaska practice their parts on the guitar, while Captain was up at the mixing board, doing what he did best. It always amazed him that the man was self taught. Olli himself started playing the violin at a very early age, and it showed. Marko always did like to sit back and listen to him play the guitar, and if that meant staying a few extra hours at work, when he didn’t have to be, then so be it.

A knock at the door suddenly caught Marko’s attention, so he stood up and made his way over to open it. He had been expecting Max to drop by some time this week, and he wondered if it might be him. To his surprise, he was right. “Hey man!” he greeted in a hushed tone and pointed towards the recording area behind a glass and then stepped aside to let him in. “The guys were just recording some of their parts for a new song--- wanna listen in?” he offered.
