I have reached deep levels of #meditation in my life but I've never enjoyed sitting as much as i did today. I have sat for hours in #vippasana and I've done daily #yoganidra but today i understood why light talks about wanting to do more than 20 minutes....it was like accepting yourself...#selfacceptance is what I'm always preaching and seeking. I’ve been reflecting on “self worth & boundaries” lately, asking myself questions like, what does self-worth actually look and feel like, how can I show up when things go sideways, what are my personal boundaries when entering into or currently being in relationships, and where is the seat of my push-back when I feel my boundaries being tested both interpersonally and intrapersonally... I find my deep rooted relationship with self worth and boundaries beautiful and heartbreaking, inspiring in a way that peeks my interest because I find myself fascinating (❤️) and worth my attention because I am worth knowing, I am worth falling in love with (unconditionally), I am worth studying so that I practice self-worth & boundaries in a skillful and compassionate way. TODAY, I decided to be my own BEST FRIEND. JUST LOVE. #justsit #reflection #justlove #selfworth #boundaries #compassion #love #mindfulness #meditation
