#day11 of my 21-day #Blissmorechallenge involved asking myself stronger questions when it comes to solidifying habits. I think this is an important part of any change. I am also working on getting back into regular exercise after a long bout of illness. My goal is to not overdo it but to work up to it and just bring gentle, mindful, and consistent movement to my days. This is after falling asleep during meditation the last two days. I have reached deep levels of #meditation in my life but I've never enjoyed sitting as much as i did today. I have sat for hours in #vippasana and I've done daily #yoganidra but today i understood why light talks about wanting to do more than 20 minutes....it was like accepting yourself...#selfacceptance is what I'm always preaching and seeking.
