I think it's absolutely adorable how Fushimi never shooed away Reisi's nephew from him, even when the kid is drooling. Idk if it's out of custom (but irl parents or their family always being the one who told the kids to behave so maybe no) or Fushimi just don't have the energy left to do it.
I'd like to think that it's because he has a soft spot to children but he refuse to admit it tho lmao.
