Godzillasaurus Amblyrhynchus
I've decided to give that name to Zilla/98 Godzilla because it's basically a huge mutant marine iguana and, Amblyrhynchus, being a monotype genus, only has one species attributed to it: Marine Iguana. Amblyrhynchus cristatus, aka Marine Iguana, Sea Iguana, Saltwater Iguana, or Galápagos Marine Iguana.
I remember @spankzilla85 gave his Legendary Gojira “Neo” the name of "Godzillasaurus Prodigious", so I figured I'd give one to Zilla too because it sounded neat.
I wish King Shisa would come back and have a respectful treatment. He’s such a great Kaiju.

Parallels I've known but kept forgetting to put together about PotM, for those who may not have known or noticed.
Alien species #1, The Exif: A religious, elf-like race with rather fine attire. Appeared in the final days when Gojira first appeared, and offered humanity salvation if they went with them and accepted their god, more or less.
Alien Species #2, Bilusaludo: From the couple I've seen, darker skin toned, rather beefy men with incredible technological prowess . Come from a planet that was swallowed by a black hole and seek emigration to Earth, under the hope of them being able to kill Gojira. Explicitly shown to have created a MekaGojira to fight Gojira, but it never activated and thus never got used in the final days, but it would likely have won.
Why is this significant?
The Exif are a sort of nod to the Xlillians, aliens that came and wanted to deceive and thus find rule over humanity by replacing their leaders (at least in Final Wars), but also still deceived humans in Invasion of the Astro Monster, and in all renditions, had control over King Ghidorah.
The Bilusaludo are a sort of nod to the Simians, the ape-like race that disguise as humans and go all ape-ish when damaged or killed. They, too, call themselves "Aliens from a black hole world", and were the original creators of the original MekaGojira, and desired to wipe out humanity with it after taking out Gojira, potentially for resources and such.
A conversation between the two most notable characters from each race at the beginning of the movie hinted at, should Gojira have not been an issue, they would have used these methods to take over Earth. “Brainwashing with the Exif Cult’s talk”, and with “Who would MekaGojira’s fangs be bared at after Gojira was taken out”.
Of course, as mentioned, "The what-ifs are but a fairytale" since this wouldn't matter considering there's only roughly 4000 of all three species combined left. Subtle, but damn nice nods.
