If you could travel any where in space and/or time, where?

You know, I secretly hoped nobody would ask this one because IT'S SO HARD TO CHOOSE! Anyway - I would love to go to Oxford in the 20s to follow a course on Old Icelandic by Tolkien. Just being able to interact with that wonderful, talented, amazing human being would be life-changing. So yeah, that's where I'd go if the TARDIS would land in my back yard right now.

I got tagged by fauxsmilesforall! I'm not gonna tag anyone, 'cause I already did that, but I am going to answer the questions, 'cause that's just fun! :) But if you wanna do it as well, be my guest.

1- What did/do you want to be when you grew/grow up?

For the longest time I wanted to be an archaeologist, paleontologist or egyptologist. I'm still a big history/geology nerd, but I figured I didn't have the patience for it. Before that I had a phase where I wanted to be a vet, and later I wanted to study Japanese, before I settled on art school.

2- Your First “Famous” Crush? Why?

This is difficult, because I used to be more of a game/anime crush person. My first crush in that area was Link from Zelda. I was addicted to Ocarina of Time, still my favourite game. My first 'real' famous person has to be Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance, but it could've also been that I was in love with the videoclip of The Black Parade XD

3- If you were only allowed ONE MEAL to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I'd be tempted to say the traditional Dutch dinner: Cooked potatoes, gravy, meat and veggies; just because it is tasty AND good for you. If it's the only thing I'm gonna eat for the rest of my life it might as well contain everything that I need, XD

4- You’re at the best Dinner Party Ever In All of History. Who are you sitting between?

In ALL of history? Hmm. I'd sit between Pablo Picasso and Gustav Klimt. We'd be discussing art and the fin the siècle and other awesome stuff. And it would be even better if Oscar Wilde and Bosie there, and I'm tempted to also say Tom Hiddleston and Benedict Cumberbatch. Because fuck you that's why, it's my party XD

5- What "life event” would have to happen in order for you to consider suicide? 

Maybe if I'm left all alone, no friends to turn to, no work to fall back on, because my work has always been my safety net. I'm not sure what you mean by 'life event', but I think this is the scenario that would have the most chance of putting those thoughts in my head.

6- If you could be a reoccurring character in any Television Series, what series would it be? Describe your character. ( Please, stay Canon.) 

My first thought would be Sherlock, but I'd also love to be in a period series, with all the gorgeous costumes and such. So, a series like Merlin or the Hollow Crown would also be awesome. I'd probably be some minor character with few lines, I'd be to shy to really act, just being able to work with awesome actors in fabulous costumes AND having some lines would be awesome. Maybe I'd be a maid, or just a town girl, nothing special.

7- Have you met anyone famous? Were they what you expected? If you haven’t, who would you like to meet? And what would the scenario be?

I've met a Dutch actor once, yeaaars ago, from some soap opera. My cousin was a big fan, but she couldn't go, so I went and got an autograph for her. He was a really nice man, as I'd expected.

I'd love to meet so many people XD Like Jude Law, RDJ, Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch etc. I'd probably freak the fuck out an babble nervously, asking for a photograph and autograph and thanking them profusely.

8- Where in the world would you like to Visit, RIGHT NOW-like, snap your fingers, you’re there.  What makes it so awesome?

London! I miss having the english language around me. I've been there once, I felt really at home for some strange reason. I felt so calm there, on the inside, when I was there. So many things I love where right there, so close; the language, the city. I wanna go back.

9- If you were a Saint, what would you be the Patron Saint of? How would you gain your sainthood?

So, first, excuse me for barely knowing anything about Christianity, so I hope I answer this question right. If I could choose any subject to be the Patron Saint of, I think I'd be the Parton Saint of Artists. Because, why not? They might need one. I have no idea how I would gain my sainthood, how does one gain sainthood? I'm not that virtuous XD And I probably won't be performing any miracles.

Can I choose Loki? I'd sincerely love to meet him. I'd love to hear his side of the story; he's such a tragic character. I'd love to hang out with him and talk about Asgard and magic. Hanging out on the couch seems nice, assuming he won't kill me the first second, me being just a little mortal XD

If it had to be an Avenger, I'd say Tony Stark. I'd wanna see his lab with all the suits and JARVIS and he'd probably be showing his technology off and I'd just be staring, being amazed. XD

If you could go back in time, where would you go and who would you want to meet? I'd love to meet Charlie Chaplin or JRR Tolkien, so either Hollywood in the 20s or Oxford in the 30s. 3. Favourite food? Oooh I love food in general. But I'm a very VERY big fan of sushi. 4. Which superpower would you want to have? I know it's a little boring but I'd love to be able to speak every language known to man. 5. If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be? I'd probably change my teeth or my skin. 6. What is the sexiest accent? Scottish. By FAR. 7. If your favourite character from your main fandom would knock on your door right at this moment, who would it be and what would you do? I don't really have a main fandom so I'm gonna go with GoT's Theon Greyjoy because I think he needs some love. I'd take him out for some nice food (sushi, perhaps? Fish'll probably be a good call with a Greyjoy) and just take him home for a movie and a cuddle. 8. Describe your ideal Friday night. Either going to the cinema with a friend and fangirling or staying at home, marathoning some awesome show or movie series. 9. Are you into gaming, and do you have a favourite game? Not really. I like playing The Sims or Rollercoaster Tycoon though :') 10. What is your favourite novel, can you quote a passage from it that has really stuck with you? 1. How do you see yourself/your life in 10 years time?

I'll probably have a 'grown up' job by then. Preferably I see myself doing the things I love; like writing and drawing. I hope a novel (or more) to be published. I'd like to have a man around that I love and who loves me. I'd like to see myself having studied in the UK, maybe even living in Wales, England or Scotland afterwards. But mostly, I'd like to be happy, doing things I love, being around people I love.

2. How did you discover fandom/fanfiction and how old were you at the time?

I discovered fandom when I watched The Matrix and fell in love with it. It wasn't my first fandom (that must have been either Digimon or Dragon Ball Z). But I got in touch with people who liked the Matrix as well and started discussing things with them. These things I didn't do when I was into those earlier fandoms. Well, lets say I discovered fandom in my primary school days when I got into Dragon Ball Z. But I discovered the fanbase around fandoms later on on the internet.

My first fanfiction was about Dragon Ball Z (this got me into creative writing). I was in primary school back then. Around the age of 10 probably. But I can't be sure. I didn't know it was called fanfiction back then.

3. What do you consider you strangest/most out of character/ most surprising to yourself kink/fetish/preference?

I suppose that next to their eyes I fall for guys because of their smile.

4. Would you rather die during an Apocalypse or live on as the last person on earth? (Elaborate)

I think I'd rather die. Because there is none near to share things with. Even though I really really like my alone-moments, I think I need at least someone to share my life with; conversations, jokes, fandoms, drawings, written things. I like to surprise people with what I can do and I like to be surprised by people and the world.

5. Would you rather have one night with your biggest celebrity crush where you can do anything you like to them or spend the rest of your life (or however long you want) with them, provided you could never have sex with them?

Difficult question. If I were to be with them one day, I'd never have sex with them either. (I think). But if the guy turns out to be someone I could really really love beside the fandom crush... I'd say I could do without the sex. But when I'm being realistic, I'm afraid the tension between us would be too great and I'd have to say goodbye to him in some later stage. Hmm... But if he turns out to be just a great guy in 'the friendzone'. I wouldn't mind spending my whole life with him as friends.

6. If you could write and publish a book, what kind of book would it be and what about?

Well, I've written two drafts 0=) Both have to do with 'unrealistic' things and a slight romance along the way.

The first is sort of science fiction-y, where the two main characters are dumped on a strange planet by their colleagues. There they have to survive and try not to kill each other.

The other is about a guy who finds a kid on his attic. An attic he remembers from his childhood, but hasn't found ever since (he got the house after his grandma died). It seems to be a gateway to another dimension. He takes the kid with him to his own dimension, but something has followed them through the door and is now threatening the whole existence of everything that is not like this thing.

They need to be rewritten.

7. What is your favourite swear word?

I'm not really someone who swears a lot. But I tend to use 'crap' and 'fuck' a lot more lately.

8. What place do you definitely want to visit before you die?

At the moment I really really want to see Scotland.

9. If you could kill someone without any (legal or societal) consequances, would you do it?

No. Unless I myself will stop to care about how I behave.

10. What fandoms have you been part in (so far)? Be it passive (reading, looking up art) or active (writing, drawing, discussing etc.).

Digimon, Dragon Ball Z, Johnny Depp, The Matrix, Sweeney Todd, PotC, Twilight (I liked Carlyle *hides under rock*), Doctor Who, Sherlock.

(I'm not including music bands and I have probably forgotten many fandoms already)

11. How would you feel/react if a person of the same gender flirted with you/proposition you?

I would feel slightly awkward I think. But then again I feel the same way about guys that I'm not interested in. At least not the way they seem to see me. I probably become very shy, but feel kind of flattered as well.

Then again, I believe that one is not 100% heterosexual or 100% homosexual. Although I think of myself as heterosexual, I will never know beforehand whether I will ever be interested in women. So it's possible that I will not feel awkward at all, because there is always a chance that I will fall for a women instead of a man, right?
