Jin took this cue to add that Summertime Record would be included in Mekakucity Reload too. He explained that he hadn’t worked in KagePro songs after Summertime Record had been uploaded because of the other mediums of the story (manga, anime, novels) and their developments, but informed to those who didn’t know about it that Shissou Word was directly related to the novel and Additional Memory to the manga.

That’s correct. For the manga, I’m in charge of creating the original, and then handing it over to the mangaka, Sato Mahiro-san. The dialogue is also thought up by Sato-san.

How is it, spreading it out across various forms of media?

When the stories and scenes that I express in songs are portrayed in the novel or manga, even though they’re the same story and scene, it becomes something completely different. That’s what’s interesting. It’s a great honor to receive this kind of opportunity. It’s not very often something made from music will be spread out in so many media forms like this, so I’d like people to pay attention to that point.
