In Legend of the Seeker fantasy world, Confessors and Mord-Siths are mortal enemies. Confessors serve the Seeker when he arises and Mord-Siths are sworn to protect Lord Rahl. Richard Cypher happens to be both. That's how Kahlan and Cara, a Confessor and a Mord-Sith come to work together despite their different world views and values. Like fire and ice, day and night, their connection isn't easy but full of surprises and sparks. In the series, only Cara is openly bisexual, but the chemistry between her and Kahlan makes an intriguing new ship outside of the canonical relationships.

I recently read Wizard's first rule and I wanted to draw Kahlan really bad, this is how I envisioned her as I read the book. Which is absolutely amazing and you should definitely go read it!
