i can't believe it's taken me this long to draw any deltarune fanart- i've been in the fanbase from day one
so here- have him, my hc Ralsei
he's goopy in his hat form cause i hc he's an antithesis to the titans- the representation of comfort in darkness, and as such he doesn't actually have a set form and is naturally a bit liquidy like fountains. he spent the whole first chapter slowly solidifying his fluffyboi form under the hat by loosely basing it off the form of the most recent memory of a safe/comforting person in Kris and Susie's minds- which happened to be Toriel
i call it a hc and not a theory cause it's got no real evidence in canon and i just enjoy the thought, makes me happy
the rest of his design is just cause i thought it looked neat :)
