Hi, so I logged in to JP KHUX and it prompted the rewards for that new Aqua medal but it's literally nowhere to be found. What do I do?
The reward will actually be distributed at 4 JST, no idea why we got the “reward board” animation before they were even released. (So a little over an hour and they should be in our sweet mitts.)
Along those lines, at 15 JST will be an important Daybreak Town story update, and at 7 JST (tomorrow?) will be a new event.
Evening :) I had a question about the Dark Sephiroth medal that was part of the event recently. Do you have a translation of the particulars, like it's effects and whatnot? I was specifically wondering if it's ability is stronger when you use it in succession with a previous medal, because I had it after my Cloud medal but now with the Light/Guilt enhancements to my keyblade I had to put it before Cloud. Sorry if this ask is super disjointed ><
I do not have the translations for individual medals, I’m afraid. The abilities of medals are always written as shortly as possible, which makes their translations complete nonsense to me... I do know that it has a lot of raw power (on average, the strongest multishot speed medal in the game), so it’s very unlikely it has any special effect.
Howdy :) what's the benefit of joining a party? I'm lvl 115, fully upgraded keyblade (the first one), 2 6-star Sora medals (both speed), in Vulpes but I'm a lone ranger. I wanna know if being in a party boosts stats or gives me more of anything so I can join one (and if anything just make new friends!), mind giving me some deets?
The benefits of joining the party is five fold:
More consistent Partner medals. And typically your party’s medals stay near the top of the list.
Help against Raid Bosses. This is especially so for Rare ones, as everyone on you party is notified.
Raid Bosses that aren’t yours! Great for gathering LUX when you’re low-ish on AP, especially important for events like this one where beating up a boss is vital to success. You probably already get some of these, but you’ll get them more often in a Party since you’ll ALWAYS have access to their Raid Bosses, assuming they don’t kill them in one turn.
Way easier to get the luxurious Party LUX rewards. A couple weeks ago was Pumpkin heads, this week is Ghost outfits! They’re pretty hard to get if you’re not in a party.
Party chat! Not super important, but it’s nice to have people to talk to and ask quick questions to. I know I’ve enjoyed my party being active enough to chitterchat away, but this may not be a major benefit if you prefer going solo.

Do you think with amount of avatar boards we can complete and Cid medals we can collect, it's possible to manage two 6 star medals in a single deck? Follow up: any extra tips I should keep in mind as I go about that?

Regarding cost capacity, I’m going to say “definitely”, even though there’s a few factors that may make it “almost”. With the avatar board @ lvl 200, you can finish with roughly around 150 total cost capacity. For two 6-star and three 5-star, you only need 134. But, well… there’s certainly a limit to how many avatar coins you can easily get, which may make that quite a bit more difficult. (Edit: though I just realized you get some avatar coins from your weekly ranking of your team, SO.) So long-term, definitely; short-term, probably. As a fun fyi, it’d take 166 cost to have three 6-star and two 5-star, so that should be your ULTIMATE GOAL.
I believe there’s currently 7 Cid Medals available in the game (4 from the event mission going on, 2 from the Olympus board, 1 from the hardest Olympus rounds), so will likely be more in the future. With this, you’d only need to get your cost capacity up to 127.
tl;dr: Very likely, especially if you spent your avatar coins wisely.
(And thank you for bringing this to my attention, actually! I’m going to spend the rest of my avatar coins SUPER carefully in hopes I’ll have enough capacity to have an extra 6-star.)
Question: how do you do the recovery move during battle. Apparently there's a move you acquire after getting all the swords where you take a hit and he does a little teleport with a back handstand, akin to dodging, but this is a result of getting hit. Can it be executed all the time? Or only sometimes?...
You need to press L1 directly after you’re hit or knocked down. The timing can be a little tricky, but as long as you’ve obtained Rhongomyniad, it can be done. Work on your timing!

Great post man, I totally agree.
I know, right? I mean, I'm all grown up and I got to enjoy Hey Arnold a lot more after being able to see so much but the guys in Adventure Time take it so, so further. Like, I'm all for creating shows that are not violent or offensive and stuff and I don't agree with people who go like "we protect children too much" when in fact we get shows that show violence and sexism regularly, while Adventure Time gets to be educative on gender roles and diversity and still be beautifully designed and written and funny and complex AND capture children's attention with colors and music and, well, adventure, so what I'm saying is, after the 80's and early 90's there was this trend to make children's shows "totally joyful and happy" and that, unfortunately, kinda made a lot of shows too bland to be rememred, so it's great to see such amazing productions, right? Ugh, I'm ranting, but yeah!!
