This months Kaiathlete of the month goes to miss Audrey Muir!!! After 4 months in CA she left us to return to her motherland in the UK but is here in spirit! While she was here, she overcame her "I can't" and decided to never give up! In 4 months, we witnessed the fastest strength transformation we've ever seen! She even broke her hand and didn't let that stop her! Her push-ups would out do any coach in our gym because of her determination and hard work!
