I know here I go again with another post of Shakeo and some food. I know I know you get I love Shakeo and food, everyone loves food. And your right I do love food, esp good for me food! Im sure you have heard that the better you eat the better you feel, the more energy you will have, the clearer mind you have, you will have healthy glowing skin, stronger hair and nails, etc. sounds like a complete no brainer right? Truth it is a no brainer, but it can be overwhelming and sometimes a lot of work. Between planning meals, shopping, and cooking sometimes it easier to say forget that I'm picking up pizza on the way home. Yep been there, said that, sometimes I still do, not near as frequently as we used to but sometimes it still does. We are constantly on the move Monday through Friday we constantly have some where to be, and thanks to a little preparation and planning ahead I am able to feed family and myself home cooked clean healthy meals. I hunt for recipes and plan meals little bits at a time through out the week, grocery shop and cook on Saturday or Sunday. Yesterday I cooked up 2 crockpot meals and 1 other one pan dish in 1 hour. They were 3 new recipes and all super easy to prepare and most important yummy too. This morning I was super thankful to be able to open up the fridge grad my lunch, make my shake and out the door I went, and tonight when we got back home after 8 pm, I was able to just quick heat up the meal and eat. These habits I have developed and created have helped me meet my goals. I wouldn't have been near as successful on this journey without these things. Being healthy is more than just working out, after All abs are made in the kitchen.... I'm still working on mine but I will get there! #failingtoprepareispreparingtofail
