→ In this case, during this hour. Time flew by faster than expected, minutes of walking around eventually grew into into hours of her staying in her hotel room. Back pressed against the mattress. Tick, tock, tick, tock. The sun setting down, moon slowly migrated to be plastered against the sky when it was dark. Stars shining bright as she turned her head to the left, eyes admiring the beauty of the moon that was bright. Beautiful. Finding her gaze to be on the clock, eyes widening at how late it was. Though she didn't feel so tired for once. Normally when she was lying down, she'd be knocked out without no hesitation. Eyes would fall shut and she'll fall into deep slumber but for once it wasn't like that surprisingly.
Slowly getting up to hurriedly put a coat on, scarf wrapped around her neck while tying her hair up into a messy bun. Short brunette strands of hair were resting against her temples and cheeks, scooping up her card key along with her wallet and cell phone. Setting everything inside of the pocket of her jeans as she makes her way out of the room and hotel overall in a matter of minutes.
A shiver running down her spine, the tiny hairs on the back of the woman's neck were becoming viable along with the goosebumps on her arms. Relieved to layer herself in long sleeve shirts and a scarf that was hugging her neck, shakily holding her hand up to pinch the thin fabric over the lower region of the woman's face for warmth. Teeth chattering repeatedly, dipping tiny hands inside of the coat's pocket while rushing around to distract herself from the temperature. The cold weather she enjoyed, but during this time she really regretted walking out of the hotel room - but then again she couldn't fall asleep, perhaps a walk was going to tire herself out.
Fingers fidgeting inside of the pockets mindlessly, walking as fast as she could around town. The dim street lights, the tiny sounds of the branches hitting the walls along with the sounds of strangers walking by - perhaps they were coming back from work and they were making their way home to their families. Naeun wouldn't know. Normally she'd be scared of the dark, being alone in the streets - it wasn't that terrifying now that she thinks twice about the situation.
Two years, she's been around the streets with herself only. No one to protect the woman, the only person to defend herself - no one. It was just her. Anyone who attempted to try and doing anything to the petite woman would end up getting hurt or even worse, death would approach them sooner than expected. She might appear a bit fragile than most, but she's smart enough to self defend herself when another attempts to get their way.
Eyes widening when she feels a heavy weight press against her, only to turn around in an instant - a hand help up high skinny fingers curling into a loose fist, waiting for the perfect opportunity to plant a firm punch direction in their face as she gazes at the stranger with rosy lips parting. Slowly dropping her hand to press a light punch on the male's chest, a playful sign of her revenge for scaring the petite female for approaching her without saying a word beforehand.
Body turned entirely to face him, unknowingly leaning forward to take a closer look of the male with a questionable look (sadly the dim light from the street lights weren't enough) head tipped to the left, blinking those brown orbs a few times - lips still pressed against one another, refusing to say a word or well she was rather afraid of doing so since the woman wasn't quite sure who the male was. Instead she just merely stared at him, longer than expected with the air filled with silence from the both of them. No words slipping out, just their presence near one another.
