When did your Bryce realize he was bi?

Bryce questioned it in middle school but tried to ignore it. He made excuses and tried to overcompencate by flirting with more girls.

In high school, Bryce realized he couldn't deny it anymore. He definitely struggled a little but quickly accepted it and in doing so that made him more confident.

Kainalu was his first serious boyfriend. They hung out a lot during sophomore year and over the summer grew closer. They dated pretty seriously junior year of High School. Instead of prom, they had a surfing date night with a few other couples. Their love of the ocean and surfing brought them even closer. Bryce didn't admit it at the time but Kainalu was his first love.

Bryce's parents' trouble with the law brought his life crashing down, and instead of letting Kainalu be there for him. He pushed him away.
