Everloom is a flash game created by Kajenx on kongregate.com. Kajenx is one of my favorite developers because the music for his flash games is amazing. He also made both the William and Sly games. This game, although it maintains the same theme of an enchanted forest, is slighty different. The game reminds me of Chrono Trigger (in a good way!!) with regards to the graphics. The game is not very difficult to solve and did not take too much time to beat. The plot and gameplay, without any spoilers, are very good as well. I definitely recommend playing this game!
"Sequoyah" is a song from Kajenx's other game, William and Sly 2. As you can see from the picture, the sequel has better graphics. There's some basic puzzle solving integrated into this game, but it's pretty easy. The game itself takes some time, but the player gets to retrieve and read pages of William's diary to learn about how he met Sly. There are more mushrooms, fireflies, and secret caves, but Kajenx has also incorporated new ideas, abilities, and a deeper focus on the plot into this game. [You can also find this game on kongregate.com]
"The Valley" from the first William and Sly game by Kajenx is one of the most peaceful songs I've heard. I loved this game because it's about a mushroom loving fox who does lots of exploring in the woods. Games like these always remind me why I love gaming. [You can find this game on kongregate.com]
William and Sly
It's not just about bouncing around as a sparkly fox to enliven horrible ancient runes. I'll probably manage to involve cake in it somehow. Mmmmmmm...
