I get emotional and cry a lot, but I just love how Koharu doesn’t view her situation as a disability or limitation in life and lives like a regular person. She goes to mixers, class, hangs out with friends, she might need different ways of doing it, but she’s doing it and that’s what matters. You are more than your disability. I love this show so much already.

One of my favorite parts of stories like this is characters going from viewing the disabled person as someone who should be pitied, to viewing them as a normal human being. They’re more than their disability and I’m excited to see Sorano learn that.

So we’ve done the deaf girl romance several times, now we finally have some more blind girl representation! People are weird because my first inclination would’ve been to get to know her! Only weak men run from challenges. Yuko’s such a beautiful person for volunteering as a disability support guide too. That takes so much patience and kindness.

It’s the way you can literally see the moment Koharu starts to fall for Sorano when she touches his arm and feels how wet he got shielding her from the rain🥹 I just hope bro stops overthinking soon because it’s actually way more offensive to treat disabled people differently because of their disability.

I know he’s got a good heart, but he needs to stop tiptoeing around everything with Koharu. Just treat her like a normal girl, that’s all someone with a disability could ever ask for. At least in this show, we have an in universe explanation for why Sorano is so hesitant to believe he has authentic feelings for her because of the psychology course he’s taking. Brother this ain’t no suspension effect lol.

hey I didn't notice but she has the 2020s underdye, awesome. This is kinda doing the romance anime thing where main girl falls for main guy in spite of him being a void of personality which is unfortunate, but I'm enjoying Saori Hayami's performance enough to want to keep going. Main guy having like very sincere gay thoughts about his roommate was also fun.

So i've seen the first episode of Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky and i think this anime is going to be great! So go and watch it :)
