I made tempura and burdock root kakiage with my grandma today and I didn't know that burdock root is edible??? As in, it can be made into nice food???

^ apparently the edible part is the skin of the root

I thought only horses eat it cos I feed it to Buckshot (my Red Dead Online horse) sometimes...

Actually, I didn't even know burdock root was a thing. Red Dead Redemption taught me a lot about wild plants...

Everything turned out pretty nice btw! I made some homemade udons with curry sauce too 😀
