2 6 and 7!
2 do you prefer spending your holidays in your country or travel abroad? I used to travel abroad almost every holiday, and it was wonderful, but now it’s hardly possible and I have no money. So now holidays = visiting relatives, which is a chance to travel in itself, as they are scattered across this ginormous country and the nearest lives ≈1200km (750mi) away. So, it’s not much of a preference, but you can enjoy yourself and the company no matter the place.
6 most hated song in your native language? I mentioned rap in a previous ask, but also have to include modern pop-estrada itself. The term estrada here is usually reserved for so-called "state artists", and while the older generations of it unavoidably stayed in the culture, now most of it looks like a pinnacle of generic romantic-festive brain-rot with same-looking plastic performers.
7 three words from your native language that you like the most? Хтонь (Chthon’) — From a vernacular side of Russian language. Derived from chthonic (chthonicheskiy) and made into a noun. Female-gender noun, soft “n”. Goes without saying that i find the word essential in my vocabulary, as you may find one in almost everyone one of my drawings.
Авось (Avos') — A nearly unexplainable particle, meaning a vague hope, relying on a dumb luck. Hoping for the avos' means doing something without much planning, counting on the fact that the universe will supernaturally sort itself out. Many joke it to be a national trait. Тоска (Toska) — Another one of the famous untranslatable russian words, simultaneously meaning a mix of emotional pain, blues, melancholy, nostalgia, longing and misery. To quote Nabokov, "This is a feeling of spiritual suffering without any particular reason. On a less dolorous level, it’s the indistinct pain of the soul…vague anxiety, nostalgia, amorous longing."
