Robusta coffee is widely grown at Sitio Lanao Kapanglao in Barangay Datal Bukay, Glan, Sarangani Province. Due to its remote location, most farmers would travel to Barangay Kinam (Malapatan) to trade their coffee beans. Because the majority of its output was not processed properly, most traders would pay a lower price for it. They supplied 4 tons of Green Coffee Beans (GCB) to a coffee buyer from GenSan in these photos. According to this buyer, Glan has so much potential for their coffee industry. Apart from its famous coconut product, I hope the Municipality of Glan will also consider coffee as one of its top agricultural commodities. 📷 TRCR #Coffeefarmers #coffeeindustry #coffeefarming #KapeSarangani #Robusta #sustainblefarming #coffee https://www.instagram.com/p/CogbSfxJnLe/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
