your past relationship ended up leaving you hurt more than you could've imagined, after you found out your boyfriend had been cheating on you!
pained by that revelation, you had sworn to yourself never to date again or fall in love with any boy!
and then kappei came along, cheerful and kind, naive to a fault, but with a genuinely good heart. a heart that was beating just for you!
kappei fell for you at first sight! he knew you were the one, after you kindly helped him finding his way around town
yet as soon as he tried to flirt with you and ask you on a date, you shut down. that friendly smile disappeared from your lips and you were quick to try and leave
it was like he was suddenly talking to a different person and kappei didn't know what happened. all he knew was that he wanted to see you smile again!
the next time his path crossed yours, kappei approached you again first, but you were still distant. he invited you out for dinner again, only to be turned down a second time
each time you two came across one another, the same thing would happen; he asked you out and you turned him down. but kappei still tried again each time!
