Barry never knew Mon-El left the Earth, since apparently Superflash don’t talk much or keep in touch at all, yet 6-7 months later, he still invited Mon-El to the wedding as Kara’s plus one because he expected them to still be together! After all this time, Barry Allen was so sure Karamel still existed, he even put it in writing! Not even a Kara plus one invite. No. He just went ahead and assumed they were still together, happy and in love, and so it was a Kara & Mon-El kind of invite!!
