It hadn’t been too long since Jyuzo and the incident with the ‘rampaged extend’ (though the idea that it would ever feel like ancient history seemed wrong) -- and so far, she hadn’t heard of any repeats, and Jyuzo had ended up going professional. Working as a private detective instead of a processor.

(Well -- to her understanding, they were the same thing. But he seemed to come back less beaten and bruised, so Diana couldn’t find it in her to argue semantics.)

“We should celebrate,” she said aloud, seemingly out of nowhere mid-checkup. “It’s been going pretty well, right? I can buy! There’s a bar in Sector 004 that has pretty good food, and you could invite Aizawa and -- he has a boyfriend, right? So...” Diana pulled away, bandages clean and replaced, then began to play with the ends of the sleeves of her sweater nervously. Her eyes shifted away from Jyuzo’s face, now feeling a little embarrassed at the suggestion.

“I mean -- if you want to. I could always grab a new film noir, too! Murder on The Something Express?”

💢 Where better to have a date than one of the LOUDEST karaoke bars in the LUST RING? Satan usually preferred to stay in Wrath, but if it's a date, it's a date... Lust was prettier for that, anyway.

💢 Shrinking himself down to 15ft (shortest he's willing to go), he's booked a room for the both of them... It's as nice as a ritzy hotel room, with drinks, snacks, and a giant karaoke machine. Satan pulls Abel onto his lap when they sit down, making sure to get a snuggle in.
