DJNF | WKU Digital Workshop

Kareem McMichael has been accepted into the 2014 DJNF | WKU Digital Workshop, July 13-20, 2014.

Faculty from historically Black Colleges and Universities are invited to apply for a week-long digital journalism workshop, July 13-20, 2014.

Faculty will work in teams of three to produce digital news stories and will discuss "best" digital teaching ideas from their colleges and universities.

Tyrone Davis featuring Roz McCoy Comedy Show Memorial Day

Kareem McMichael video recorded the Tyrone Davis featuring Roz McCoy comedy show Memorial Day weekend hosted by Bonkerz Comedy (www.daytonabeach.bonkerzcomedy.com) in Daytona Beach, Florida at the La Playa’s Penthouse Lounge.

There were three shows, one Friday night and two more Saturday night. The crowd got to enjoy drinks while being entertained by the two comedians.

Davis has entertained audiences all over the country. His high energy and “Take No Prisoners” attitude has made him a standout among stand-ups. Whether he’s talking about his family or politics, you never know where he’s going until he gets there.

And McCoy is bold, energetic, outrageous, and one of the funniest comedians you’ve never heard of.  Those are a few words to describe her, and her knock out shows. Her performances range from PG to R, but she still has the charm, and class of the Southern Belle that she is.  She has taken her sassy and fashionable act across world including colleges, clubs and military bases.
