And now, for no reason at all.. My WoW OCs as pies
Karvosh: Strawberry-Rhubarb pie, because a weird mix of sweet and bitter, and rhubarb leaves are poisonous so you have to be careful when making it.
Exaara: Apple pie, because it's traditional, sweet, and you practically can't go wrong with it.
Flintgut: Steak and kidney pie, because it's flavourful, uncommon, and not for everyone but never so bad it's unwelcome. Also because meat pies are always served smaller than dessert pies.
Andaakt: Pecan pie, because it's delicious but can be deadly if the wrong person eats it.
Emilicie: S'mores pie.. because is that even a pie? What is this nonsense? Who put this pile of junkfood in a pile and called it a pie?

The Wolves Protect the Lambs (Closed RP with Blastflight)
The roar of battle was thick in the air. It was not the kind Karvosh preferred hearing, with the song of blade clashing against blade, but the odd cacophony of explosions and spell-slinging.
A platoon of inexperienced Horde mages had been ambushed by the Iron Horde in the middle of Talador, sandwiching them on both sides with the Iron Horde on one side, and the Shadow Council's forces on the other, forced to dig in and fight to the last; no reprieve, no relief, and no hope.
Except the Iron Horde was completely unaware that reinforcements for the mages was on its way, and it was out-maneuvering them.
A battalion of assorted melee soldiers, and a few ranged fighters armed with rifles and bows, had been sent to relieve the besieged mages, and was now moving itself straight towards the Iron Horde's unprotected flanks. Among the number of those warriors, was Karvosh Worgbiter, donned from head to toe in thick plate armor that fit her like a second skin, crafted with her own hands, which currently clutched her similarly crafted battleaxe -- the bladehead alone was the size of a elf's torso.
At the sound of a war horn, Karvosh was among the many who let out a battlecry of, “Lok’tar Ogar!”, roaring at the top of her lungs as they charged up the rise of the hill behind the unsuspecting Iron Horde. They had scarcely a second to turn before the true Horde warriors were upon them, with Karv felling two of them with one swing of her axe, the mighty weapon splitting one orcish bowman in half from shoulder to waist and splattering her dark armor in crimson gore.
The mages would be able to witness the entire fight, seeing those who had initially pinned them down being cut down with merciless efficiency.
“Refuse, Resist, War is my Destiny! Dishonor unleashed! War is my destiny! Chaos A.D.! Under a pale, grey sky, War is my Destiny!”
Karvosh Worgbiter: Warrior, Warsong orc, Former Kor'kron Loyalist..
..Former child soldier.
Until a few weeks ago, I had never considered how young my orc warrior was when the Third War broke out. Only when I really thought about it did I realize she wouldn't even be a teenager by the time orcs were fighting for their lives to escape internment camps.
So here she is, eleven years old, wielding a lumberjack's axe because a war one was too heavy, and armour that's much too big for her. Emaciated, hungry, dirty, angry, and desperate. This was the first time her nose was broken, but it wouldn’t be the last.
Karvosh always has a bad temper, but there is a certain point where her rage can take total control, becoming immune to pain and feral, if not rabid, in her attacks.
When the berserkergang takes hold, it is best to stay far away until she exhausts herself completely.
Hey Kavrosh! How do you feel about making friends?
Grumbling, the orc woman folded her brawny arms, “I feel like it’s more difficult than making enemies. It’s impossible to know who is worthy of respect, and who is not going to stab you in the back later on.”
Glancing down at the Frostwolf pup currently nuzzling her leg, Karvosh continued, “wolves are easier to understand, so it’s easy to make friends with them.”
★★★
★ - Flintgut is my only straight character
★ - Exaara was originally inspired by Samara from Mass Effect; a fearless warrior woman who lays down the law with cold efficiency that you would never guess was a loving mother of two. Ironically, Exaara now leads a guild called !
★ Karvosh is illiterate. She can speak Orcish fine but usually has to have orders read to her if they’re delivered in written form. She avoids any opportunities to learn out of shame.
