If you see the quote "I refuse to share my body with a man who wouldn't defend it politically" or any variation of it floating around the internet — it was Kat Blaque who originally said it and she would really appreciate it if people gave her proper credit for it but it's gone viral on a lot of different platforms and most of the people sharing it don't know it's from her or choose not to credit her on purpose.

Kat Blaque said this in "Why I Said NO To Appearing on Jubilee Media" and it hit me like a sack of bricks. Hit in a "fuck, how did I not notice that?" kind of way. It's so blunt and, as a trans man, sickening to think about, but it makes a lot of sense. Especially considering that White women have historically been the only ones with womanhood, especially womanhood worth "protecting."

Watching a Kat Blaque video and she said "when you are a trans person, nobody wants to trust that you know whats going on". People would prefer to believe your self identity convictions are a greater delusion than the binary they base their reality upon. That you too, are just a child pretending to escape reality as a puppy dog. When trans people, in reality, not only have to live every minute, every second, every hour, every year as said identity, they spend the entire time having to defend it gruelingly. To live queerly and as oneself is to walk away from death while behemoth social structures are trying to drag you towards it.

Was watching the recent Kat Blaque video and is it true transhet guys have less trouble dating women than it seems from my POV? Not to toot my own horn but I’m a decent looking guy and I don’t think I’ve ever had a cishet woman match with me on a dating app. I thought it was because I’m trans more than because I’m bisexual, but maybe it’s more the bisexual thing?
