Hey, Hannah, how's it going? I've got a random writing ask for you! Which one of your OCs gets themselves into the most trouble? What kind of trouble is it, usually? Do they typically need help digging themselves back out of it? Does it normally affect other characters or is it self contained?

Okay so who'd get in the most trouble... 🤔 I guess that depends on your definition of trouble. Kate has anger issues so she'd get in the most trouble spouting her mouth of, which ended up in divorce then her death in the end... she is horrible at asking for help but probably should be better at it but sadly never does.

Um, Jasmine gets in quite a bit of sexual trouble. It's hard to explain. It comes out in a really kinky, sexually open personality. She's very open about how naughty she is with everyone that isn't related to her.

Aaand the other one that came to mind was Winnifred for similar reasons as Kate only she's just snarky. She doesn't really get angry in the way Kate does. Or did.

So I don’t know your characters all that well since I haven’t been reading much on tumblr lately... however, I thought this girl (Vanni) was super cute and an idea popped into my head, so here is Kate Bovington & Vanni kissing:

They didn’t have green hair so I compromised with blue hair instead. Kate’s hair isn’t dark enough either, so we both had to have compromises. Also, they didn’t have different skin tones, so I had to settle with pale Kate. >.>

Anyway! The scenario:

Kate shifted as the bottle landed on her. Her eyes snapped up to the girl across the circle from her and looked a little surprised. She was applying lipgloss with a little smirk on her face.

“Alright, girls, pucker up,” one of the guys in the circle teased, nudging Kate, whose face went bright red.

“Shut up!” She snapped but Vanni only smiled and leaned forward until she was right in Kate’s face.

“Ready?” She asked, winking. Kate’s face went brighter red, but the best thing of all was when the girl grabbed her shoulders and gave her a great kiss, Vanni’s face was even redder than Kate’s was.

End scene! Thanks for playing, Shade. Hope you enjoyed this. I just kinda had to um... play around because I have zero idea what Vanni’s personality is like. Whoops!

Weirdest

Kate: Definitely Kyle, but he’s also the one everybody is afraid of, so I highly doubt anyone would openly admit he’s the weirdest. I’m not afraid, though.

Tomo: I mean... I hate to be a gossiper but.. Max is kind of an asshole sociopath, which... is weird in itself but his wife, Vic? She’s not like that, yet she loves him and I just don’t get it. So they’d probably be my go-tos for weirdest.

Kyle: Kate and Max. Kate acts like she’s in a marriage she’s unhappy to be in, but then has like little moments where she’s all over her husband. It weirds me out. And then Max is just.... not only weird but the biggest asshole.

Victoria: Hmm, weirdest? Uh, probably Kate. I dunno, though. I don’t know her as well as the others. Maybe she has a reason for being such a... *voice drops to a whisper* bitch...

Tomo: I’m not really sure . I mean...  our group is full of courageous people.

Kyle: Uh... me? Max is like one of those stupid people who thinks he can take me even though I’ve survived much scarier people than him and have lived... much longer than he has, killing since I was 8. I mean, I killed a bear with my bare hands at that age. And he thinks he can scare me? Fuck off.

Victoria: Probably Kyle or Max.

Kate: I don’t think anyone’s really cowardly in our group.

Tomo: Definitely me. I don’t like confrontation.

Kyle: Tomo. She’s sweet but she’s not exactly the type that likes to fight. I will say, though, that she’s emotionally courageous.

Victoria: Tomo. Poor dear has no backbone.

Everyone except Kate: Tomo. She’s just... too sweet to be exciting.

Kate: Uh... I don’t really think anyone’s unremarkable. They’ve all got their virtues. Except Max, but he’s too much of a sociopathic asshole to be unremarkable.

Hannah! Here's a joint FAF/STS question for you - inspired by one you got about book signing earlier! Is there anyone in your world (either a real person, a figure from local mythology, or otherwise) that your characters would dress up as for Halloween or a con? Have you ever cosplayed any of your OCs, as the author?

Hmm, I’ve never thought about my characters dressing up as anyone real (real in their world) for Halloween... I definitely think most people would cosplay as Nane & Elizabeth in VI xD

And no!!! I never have, but I really want to find a convention where people just cosplay as their own characters. Like maybe some sort of writers convention. i was actually, ironically, just talking to one of my friends about this last night xD

Oh but on the topic of cosplay/halloween, I have drawn a couple of my characters (Jasmine and Marcus Bovington - two of my triplets) cosplaying as a couple I’m obsessed with from one of my favorite animes. I might have the picture on my computer...

Anyway um... yeah. I’ve got a couple of Halloween drawings of these siblings too!

So yeah... I hope you like these drawings. They suck but they were fun anyway. Sam (the cowardly lion& the wizard) is my friend’s character, but the others are all mine.

Hmmm. I’ve made an author, a comic book artist & writer duo… I’ve made a host of a reality show (actually 2), but I’ve never made a famous musician… 🤔🤔🤔
