Reasons I Love Nane

As per this post, I am doing a "reasons I love __" series in which I talk about why I love my WIPs and characters. I'm taking my OC page and using that as my guide for what order to write about characters. I skipped the rp/OHS characters for now, though, since I talk about them the most.

I've already talked about DHaF, Belinda, Ikuisuus, Juma, Chippy, DHaFN, Ruby, Soul Surgery, Jason Zephyr, The Forest, Amelia R., Cadence, Vampire Idol rewrite and Elizabeth.

Here is why I love Nane:

he is my first Egyptian character

he is the first character I’ve made with vitiligo

he is a lady killer, but he is just as ruthless as Elizabeth, but most people just pay attention to how he is with her and assumes that’s just how he is

he is totally oblivious to the fact that Elizabeth actually has a real crush on him, thinking that her loving actions are platonic and for the cameras until she confesses her feelings for him

he’s aro/ace but that doesn’t stop him from being super sweet and loving/cuddly with his best friend (Elizabeth)

he’s the guy that if a girl is being ruthlessly hit on by another person, he’ll stand up for her. He won’t pretend to be her boyfriend since his and Liz’s fake relationship is everywhere and he has to keep up appearances, but he will protect her in other ways

My OCs: Obey Me!, Part II

Continuing from Part I, here is 6 more of my characters, who they’d pick for Obey Me! and who their favorite demon brother would be (not including Belphie).

For those that don’t know who or what I’m talking about, I did make an explanation post, which you can view here.

Elizabeth: oh man... Elizabeth would probably go for Lucifer or Asmo. She would find them both very sexy. And just like I said about Jasmine and Marcus in Part I, she loves a man that knows how to flirt.

Nane: Nane would be dragged into playing by Elizabeth. While he wouldn’t get too invested in it sexually, he would get rather attached to Mammon, I think. He would find him cute and would get annoyed every time someone calls him stupid. I could even see him yelling at his phone when it happens about how they’re all terrible brothers.

Mallory: Mallory... hmm, she would probably get bored of the game and wouldn’t get into it enough to actually start liking any of the brothers. She’s not really into romance or love.

Glorie: Glorie would probably love Beel. I think she’d find his utter adoration of food endearing.

Maloi

Kate: Kate would probably like Lucifer. Or Satan. Just like Glorie would find Beel’s love of food endearing, Kate would find Satan’s hatred for Luci endearing and would probably relate to him on certain levels.

Just like in the first post, there was ONE of my characters that I couldn’t include in this, simply because Maloi isn’t into guys.

Basically the same as here.

For as much as I write, make and listen to music, you’d think that I would have put a lot of thought into the music of my world, but have I? Absolutely not.

#1 Ruby: Ruby is basically based off of my dream girl. I definitely have a thing for redheads, both in boys and girls. And those bright emerald-green eyes? Hell yes!

#2 Nane: Nane is like the epitome of a gorgeous vampire in the VI world. He is vicious with eyes that look like they could pierce right through your soul... and has zero remorse for the awful things he does. I know it’s weird to think, but the human girls (and gays) absolutely swoon for him.

#3 Chip: Chip is my oldest human character. At least... the oldest as far as when the story begins. Obviously I’ve been writing about some of my characters for a long time, so some of them have lived through their 60+, but Chip, at the beginning of the stories, is in his 60′s. And yet he is so spunky and adorable. It may have to do with the beautiful ring he wears (that’s never mentioned in the stories)...

Character Intro: Nane Fakhry

Nane is known for his romance with Elizabeth, but what their fans don’t know is the whole relationship is a hoax and that it’s all just a show for them.

Full Name: Nane Fakhry

Age: Somewhere in the 300 range

Gender: male he/him

Sexuality: asexual/aromantic

Unique traits: Nane was born with vitiligo, so in spite having a darker complexion, he has patches of lighter skin along his body. The condition is actually more prevelant than the photo shows but none of the options were quite right on the picrew I made it from.

Nationality: Nane is Egyptian

Role: he’s a main character and co-host of Vampire Idol with his best friend, Elizabeth Wilson.

More information: In spite Nane’s sexuality, he is deeply in the closet. The only people that know are the contestants of Vampire Idol, the workers of Vampire Idol and, of course, his best friend Elizabeth. He is very vicious when he kills, but unlike Elizabeth, he feels a little more hesitation to kill the innocent. However, he does enjoy to kill... lesser innocent humans.

How he became famous: Nane became famous alongside his best friend, Elizabeth, when they were seen in public, holding hands. The two best friends have a very affectionate and physical friendship and translates as a relationship to the passerby, but in reality, he is asexual. And Elizabeth has the utmost respect for him (except for his hesitation to kill innocents. She doesn’t understand that), so she doesn’t ever try to really make a move on him. That said, they are known as the Ripper Royalty because, not only are they the most famous vampires of their world, but also they are known for hunting humans in inspiring ways that make people go “wow!” They are the royal couple of vampires and the ones to look to if you want to learn how to become a vampire celebrity.

Alright, alright. Lemme just take Kyle’s Story off this list.

This time I got #9: ooooh one of my favorites! Vampire Idol!!

So that link may not have much (if anything) on it, since this series is from my old blog… but basically the main characters are Elizabeth Wilson and Nane Fahkry or Fakhry (he’s an Egyptian vampire) who like… host this show called Vampire Idol where vampires become famous by how brutally they kill people.

People in the audience volunteer to be brutally murdered by the vampires and then the vampires kill them and depending on how impressed the [human] audience is, that’s what determines how famous they get.

I have to rewrite this series because I wrote like the first episode of the show and then quit writing it but also, like I said, that was on my old blog.

One thing I really loved from this series… well, first of all, Elizabeth and Nane were in a fake relationship, like what celebrities do… it was all for the show… because Nane, if I remember correctly, was pansexual/aro. But ALSO, Elizabeth loved to like… use hollowed bones as straws and then drink blood out of skulls. As like her aesthetic.

Thanks for encouraging me to do this again. This is rather fun xD;;
